I just spent a week in Italy teaching the Carabinieri to appear as smart as the Polizia but still keep their ability to intimidate.
While I was gone, Standard and Poor’s dropped the US AAA rating from stable to negative. The dollar went to .58 of a Euro while I, literally, watched.
The last time I went abroad, the stock market tanked.
Is there a relationship here? Is this somehow my fault?
Should I just stay home the next time?
