NSFW - Do you groom your pubic hairs?

Ladies: If you do, how often do you groom your pubic hair? Do you go for the bowling ball (smooth shaven); or fun shapes? Do you spruce it up for a hot date or other fun activities? Or do you never do anything to it (just let it hang out)?
Guys: Same as above or do you prefer a well maintained pubic area?

Always gotta keep it clean and shaved. I don’t like having hair there.
I used to shave, but the upkeep was too much. Now I keep things nicely trimmed, and I might go for the landing strip once in a while.
Neatly trimmed, front, sides, middle shaved. No burning bush issues. lol
I let it all run wild. If it gets problematic, then I have to trim.
Brazilian shave. I really only want hair on my head.
Nope, I believe it letting it run wild. I don’t want anything sharp too close!
Neat and tidy, used to get waxed but I would have to wait til it grew in to have it waxed each time so I now just keep it up by shaving. I trim the hair I have left so it is always in control and is always neat and tidy. I like my men the same neat and tidy. Doesn’t have to be all shaven, just nicely groomed.
I dated someone who liked it all shaved and I did it for him, I just prefer some hair down there so when we broke up I went back to my regular look.

keep the jungle in check, but defs no razor blades down there for me…
I used to be anti-shaving because it seemed like a lot of work to do something for men’s preferences. Also I didn’t like the look of a bare [female] crotch because I thought it looked like a child’s.
Now, I shave it all. I did it just to try it, and I grew to detest the hair that grew back. I tried letting it grow back a few days ago, but then shaved again because it itched like crazy growing back and I had my period so it was getting stuff stuck in it.
I still would rather not look like a child, but I find that simply shaving all the way every day is easier than enduring the itching, cleaning the hair, and choosing certain parts to trim.
Although I did cut myself once, and that was quite unpleasant.
I just shave the bikini line and let the rest grow to its natural length.
No. No one will ever see it anyway, so why bother.
it is not exactly “hair”, really. More like spikes with poison glands
@Facade is that like waxing?
@creative1, I’m with you on the men too!
@zenvelo, runnin wild is okay but a nice trim is so sexy;)
@noelleptc, LOL! except just save me, f%&k lookin at the pubbie!
@sliceswiththings I felt the same way at first (looking like a child but all the other attributes squelched that thought:D
@AmWiser It’s shaving where a Brazilian wax would normally wax

@noelleptc Well, then you’ll have a smooth entrance into explaining to him what “PTC” means… ;P
I shave, completely. I’ve never quite gotten how trimming takes less time than shaving, but I keep happening upon women who say shaving takes them a really, really long time, so maybe I possess some kind of accidental Flash-like shaving powers.
Trimmed and shave the bikini line.
Bald snatches don’t do anything for me.
For the most part, I don’t do anything about it. Every now and then I will trim, but never anything drastic. I’m not very hairy to begin with, but I don’t like it to be too much.
But I really don’t prefer it when guys shave it all off, it’s a bit of a turn off… :\

Is it everyone below 40 likes to be nekkid? I trim, I shaved a couple of times and felt like a tart!! ‘course that’s why I shaved. My daughters do but I think it’s kind of wrong. And I’d be so embarrassed if I was in an accident and shaved!
@faye I’m under 40 and I don’t like to be nekkid lol. Pubic hair is one of the blatant signs of being an adult. Shaving it off, to me, is like trying to dial back the clock to when I was prepubescent. No thanks.
I keep the juevos q-balled and the top and sideburns neatly trimmed.
@faye, if you were in an accident, shouldn’t the status of your pubes be one of (if not the) last of your concerns?! LOL
@mrrich724 I have a highly overly developed embarrassment meter, it’s genetic. My mom, my aunts, my grandma had it, too. It’s the whole clean underwear thing to excess.
@faye Because it feels better. I don’t see it as being prepubescent – it’s not prepubescent when I shave my legs or my armpits, or a man shaves his face, so why should it be when I shave my pubis? Cuz you know what’s really, really great proof of my child-bearing age? My period. If that thing isn’t worth proof of my womanhood, then I’m getting a hysterectomy right now, because there just ain’t a damn thing good about it, then.
@mrrich724 Thanks, You’re being kind, but you know I was joking?
@MyNewtBoobs I don’t know about prepubescent, just not my thing.
@faye Whoops, you’re right. I think I made you and @tranquilsea one person. Guess I’ll have to pay more attention next time. Sorry!
@MyNewtBoobs I had a horrifying thought re prepubescent or not. Do labia wrinkle?
@faye Well, I think they’re pretty wrinkly to begin with. But if every other part of your body does, then I don’t see why they wouldn’t. But I’m still young, so I don’t know.
Years of shaving completely made me miserable and uncomfortable. Now I shave everything but the top and keep it really really short. That way there’s no long hairs, but completely shaving gives me bumps and makes me red and itchy. I’ve tried everything and the bottom line is it looks ugly as hell for a week after about 12 hours of shaving it with a razor. Blegh!!
Short back & sides & something for the weekend sir!
I shaved mine off one time, I mean completely bald. Looked like a startled snake.
I keep myself very smooth down there. I shave at least every other day. I agree with @MyNewtBoobs I don’t need pubic hair to prove that I am perfectly legal.

Soooo… @Facade , I’ve heard Brazilian waxes access some places that have never seen the light of day. Do you shave there too? Are you like the most flexible being ever?
@sliceswiththings How freaking flexible do you think you need to be? If you can wipe there easily, you can shave there easily.
Oooh! Now I get it!! @Facade ‘It’s shaving where a Brazilian wax would normally wax” thanks to @sliceswiththings. I should have researched it.
It’s really pretty simple once you get your technique down. Give it a try =)
@MyNewtBoobs Yeah, but wiping with a sharp blade seems dangerous to me! It seems one should try to maneuver in such a way to have a level shaving surface, a feat which I have yet to conquer.
@sliceswiththings Just use a lady razor and go with the contours. It’s 10x harder to shave your ankles than your bum.
I find it’s easiest with a two-bladed disposable razor.
I’ll get drunk first just in case.
But seriously, inspired by my new hero @Facade I explored some new territory today and lived to tell the tale!
I don’t understand how you girls who shave don’t get extremely irritated after shaving down there. I just cant do it. I have, but it’s not my style. I do, however, keep the periphery smooth shaven, and then clip the sacred bush quite short after that.
@ladymia69 I think it depends on how you shave, what you use to shave, and what you use after you shave, as well as how sensitive your skin is. I don’t get any irritation aside from some bumps which is unavoidable.
@ladymia69 I don’t know what you’re using, but I use Schick Intuition most days, with Venus razors and conditioner some days, and occasionally I give myself a really nice shave with a pea-sized bit of this oil and then a quarter-sized bit of the butter. The last stuff is really expensive, but it’s also really, really good. Like, the kind of upscale shaving cream that doctors and lawyers and business men use.
I find cheap conditioner is the best shaving lotion. It works just as well or better than the expensive stuff out there.
@Facade I like the medium stuff – herbal essance, pantene, etc. Thicker for better protection, but hardly the $30 from the salon.
Suave is what I use. It has good ingredients compared to all the others.
Do you mean what ingredients Suave has or what the other conditioners have?
@Facade The ingredients that Suave has and others don’t that makes it better.
It’s what it doesn’t have. No silicones, minimal preservatives, etc.
@Facade Does that make it greener/healthier, or lead to a better, closer shave?
Wait so MEN
