Have you ever been arrested ?

I have been stopped by the pigs a few times because I look like a terrorist.

Nope…came close many times and should have been too!

But I came close once because a girl I once knew left her husband and moved in with me. He called the cops and told them I kidnapped her (ignoring the fact that SHE drove all the way from Cleveland to New York to be with me).

No,and I have no plans to be.:)

Yes. Spent a 1½ days in jail when I was 18 and 5 years probation for doing something very foolish and stupid. That’s about all I’m going to say about it, but it turned my life around for the better. I learned my lesson.

I’ve been arrested twice. I did commit a crime, but I got off easy due to my age. I don’t really want to go into what I did though.

I don’t think I’ve ever done anything I could have been arrested for.

Nope, never! Did you know if you have a criminal background what so ever you can not be a foster parent. They do a search of your fingerprints to see if you have been arrested. They do the same thing if you want to adopt a child out of the foster care system in the US.

I have also been finger printed and bonded for different jobs I worked for so they do a criminal check before you are able to work for those types of financial companies.

Its something to think about the next time you want to do something illegal, it could ruin your chances of doing something you want to do in life.

I did once go out on my skateboard, wearing nothing but a superman posing pouch & a cheeky grin….a most arresting sight!

Never been arrested, been questioned by the police a few times but never arrested.

Twice as a teenager, nothing stuck.

No, I have never been arrested or had any contact with law enforcement other than one ticket for driving 50 in a 45 MPH zone 40 years ago, and when they came out to my house to investigate a burglary 5 years ago.

We got busted for being in the presence of weed in March, 1968.
It was a felony back then.

My late friend Steve was acquitted by Judge Rosenberg on the grounds that he was bound for military service.

I was bound for naval service, so my mom used Steve’s acquittal as grounds for mine, and presented them before his Honor.

The good judge agreed, and thanks again, Mom. :-)

Twice. Once for weed cause a dumb ass kid I was with ratted us out. And then about 2 months later for trespassing. The weed one was in a way my fault cause I was indeed breaking the law, the trespassing not so much. Part of my punishment from the school for the weed charge was I was banned from residential areas. I was in an area that was not listed as residential on the paper I was given and frankly wasnt residential at all since it was a trail in the middle of the fucking woods. Cops were complete dicks that night and refused to let me drive home because I said I had a beer a couple hours earlier (im 22) and refused to give me a breathalizer. They said either you sit here in jail all night or we drive you home and you find your own way back to school tomorrow for your vehicle.

My brother almost did. He got the cops called on him when he was seen near mid-night walking into the woods with an axe!

Once while in the Army but the charges were dismissed. And then there were several really close one’s where I should’ve been but got over, whew! I have to admit the whole heart pounding ,ass puckering reflex of the close calls was exhilarating.

Not even close. I’ve lead a rather law abiding life.

Nope never.

Of course that should be “led”.
