What do you think of the tv preacher with a wig and facelift who sends out vials of holy water for free?

I saw this preacher last night dressed in glitter like Liberace with black wig and an eye job/facelift who sends out plastic vials of “Holy Water” for nothing . You call the toll free number and you get the water to drink to take care of a health problem. Have you seen him and what are your thoughts?
