Why won't I receive the "visit fluther 10 days in a row " award ?

Am I bugged or what ? for the last 15 days I visited each day and still I haven’t received the award [ yet ]

The consecutive log-in awards are not currently functioning, they will be fixed sooner or later.
And they will likely be retroactively awarded. See this thread.
