Can a relationship without good communication last?

NO WAY. A relationship is all communication. Even when nothing is being said there is communicating happening there.

Communication is in fact a pretty good measure of relationship.
A relationship without good communication is pretty much like trying to nail Jello to a tree. Absolutely impossible.

Nope relationships need openness and communication to suceed otherwise they will wither and die. If you do not communicate with your partner how will they know what makes you truly happy and vice versa. No one is a mind reader to what your feelings are……...
Just to reiterate what has already been said, good, open communication is the cornerstone of any healthy relationship. It cannot work well without it.
It can last, but it will suck big time! And that will be one hell of a long time. And it will seem 10 times longer than that!
