Which is better - photobucket or flickr?

I am just taking a short break from studying for finals so I decided to ask this question that I have been thinking about for quite some time now. I like taking photographs, I just use my usual digital camera. I also blog and such. So I really want my photographs to have the best quality. I want to create an account with one of these sites.
I have done some research on photobucket and flickr. I have difficulties deciding which one is better so that’s where you jellies come in. Which one do you prefer and why?
