Tips for getting a job without having had an internship?
I am a graduating college senior and I’m looking to find a good entry-level job, but I have never had an internship or worked a job relevant to the positions I’m looking for. Does anyone have any advice?

Have a good resume, start networking and push the qualities that would make you a good employee. Having a good skills set is important but some things, like a good work ethic or people skills can not be taught. Promote those qualities that show you are a good long term bet.
If possible, take the time to do a couple of internships.
Welcome to Fluther.
For jobs that don’t by their very nature require an internship, such as an MD, for example, I think that the value of an internship is greatly overrated. For law firms there may be more value, since “law” (at least from jurisdiction to jurisdiction) is practiced more or less the same in wide geographic / political areas.
As far as “general business”, though, having an internship at Company X might get you in the door easier at Company X, but I don’t think that Companies Y or Z are going to care 2ยข for your internship there, even if you’re in the same industry. (In fact, it might weigh against you; they’d wonder, “Why isn’t she working for them now?) And you certainly can’t afford to do internships at every place you might apply.
Talk to your teachers / professors for leads and network contacts. They may have someone at firm that recently graduated
Its always good to have an internship before you actually apply for a job..but in your case I would suggest you to work for at least two weeks with a reputed organization. Take this as your internship experience before you apply for any job, at least you will have some knowledge about the real working platform.
