I just put up a new avatar of my grandson. It cut the top of his hair off. Is there any way to fix this?

Yes. Crop it yourself. Make it square. That way you get to pick where it’s chopped.

Yup, as @Jeruba said, use any image editing program to crop the image into a square. Make sure you save it as a separate file, so your original picture isn’t square forever. Easy as pie!

What I use is Microsoft Office Picture Manager. It’s a lightweight image editor and I crop images so they are perfect squares and will fit into the little avatar box. So, if you have Windows, use that.
