How to watch NBA playoff games without cable?

I have basic cable and would really like to watch some more NBA playoff basketball games. Most of the games are on TNT and ESPN. I know about ESPN 3 be are their any other online or TV options out there to watch TNT?

You could wait until each individual game is over, and the next day, try downloading each game off of a torrent site.
