What are the best women's fashion blogs?

The Sartorialist is awesome! It was chosen as one of Time Magazine’s Top 100 Design Influences. The guy who writes it basically just takes pictures of the people and street fashion he stumbles upon. My description doesn’t do it justice, check it out!

It probably isn’t the best on the web but Bristol Fashionista is run by a good friend of mine.
