Anyone who uses gChat know what the green and yellow symbols mean next to someone's name?

Does green mean you’re currently online and in gMail and yellow mean you’re online but not available?

Green means actively available, yellow means online, but hasn’t visited the gMail/Chat page lately, red means online but busy.
