Criminal Justice Topic?

we have to do a report on a topic of our choice and talk about it for at least 10 minutes. It could be a person, place, method, pretty much anything related to criminal justice.

What is the legal insanity defense, and does it make sense? How is it or should it be determined?

Is the death penalty ever the correct course of action, considering mistakes in conviction can never be undone?

Is downloading mp3s tantamount to stealing?
