I went to Ukraine last year and got myself such a drinking buddy.
We even made a video of him.

I would not want to do that. I am afraid all sorts of boundaries would get blurred by alcohol.

When I lived in a Ukrainian neighborhood in Chicago, on the way to work in the morning we would pass the line of old guys waiting for the Ukey bar to open at 8am.

Our schedules were kinda outta sync to be drinking buddies.

Oh boy I can do this job. But first I need to earn enough to buy myself back-up livers to replace ones who are sure to get busted up in this line of work. I would be the best in this job that clients will bid on me and offer me fuck buddies just to drink with them. Hic!

It’s so interesting that you would ask. My son and adult grandson’s get invited to parties every weekend, with all expenses paid as the designated driver. None of them drink, yet they have a lot of fun, and go all the fun places free. It’s entirely word of mouth, on the internet.

I wouldn’t even bar-tend. When sober, I find most people under the influence of alcohol obnoxious and boring. When under the influence myself, I find most people under the influence of alcohol even more obnoxious and boring. But I have a lot more fun messing with them for my own entertainment at those times when i am partaking. Maybe I am just hanging around the wrong people??

Seems to me we all already do that here on fluther. We listen. We try to help people solve their problems. We can drink if we like. Better yet for our clients, we do it all for free.
