How can I tell if my water cooling unit on my pc is pumping water?

I can see some tiny bubbles beside the cpu block inlet and outlet. They aren’t moving, and neither is a large bubble near the radiator. I had it off and unplugged, moving it around for a few days while I installed new motherboard. I’m thinking it quit on me. My computer turns itself off after 10 min or so on.
