Unable to send and receive pictures on the T-Mobile MyTouch?

Whenever I try to send a picture, the other person tells me that they only get a white screen. When I try to open a picture I’ve received, I click a button that says “Download” and it tells me “Currently unable to download. Please try again later.” Do I need to change something in my settings? Thanks in advance!

I don’t own a MyTouch, however, have you tried a factory reset?
And after that wait for 10 minutes remove the battery.
See if that “clears” the problem, if all else fails take it back to T-Mobile.

I can send and receive pictures on my mytouch. What I can’t do is download music that is attached to an email.
