Drink water and sleep it off. Why do you need to urgently bring down your alcohol levels?

“Quickest” would be to burn your body and blood, but I sense this isn’t a direction that you want to go.

The thing about alcohol is that your body already metabolizes it as fast as it possibly can. I guess in your case this is a good thing.

As @sleepdoc suggests, alcohol metabolism is a zero order reaction in your body. Which means regardless of how much you drink, it is going to be eliminated at the same constant rate….unless you have some sort of liver disease, that would slow things down. So all you can do is drink tons of water and wait it out.

If you are trying to fight a hangover, the best thing to do is add oxygen to your system.

Blood transfusion, if @WasCy‘s response is too drastic.
I would suggest that, in the future, you refrain from overindulgence in the first place.

You can’t reduce the actual alcohol content in your blood any faster than it can be broken down naturally. But by drinking plenty of water you’ll avoid most of the effects of a hangover.

There is no quick way, except a blood transfusion or an external filtering system.
