Is fiberglass food-safe?

I’ve been wanting to make drying racks for food for a while now, and I was wondering if it was safe to use the roll of fiberglass mesh I have. I know galvanized steel isn’t safe to put food on or in, but I haven’t figured out whether or not fiberglass is. Anyone have any experience with this?
