Does anybody know the true chords of song "Bare Necessities" from the Jungle Book?

I’ve checked various tab sites such as chordie.com and I’m seeing different versions. I know the version on the album is played in the key of C, and I can certainly work out the basic chords, but I can tell there a couple of interesting transition chords such as possibly an Fm7 (which I’m hearing but isn’t showing up in the tabs) and possibly a diminished chord in there somewhere. So I’m wondering if anybody knows exactly what he’s playing in the movie?
