What popular celebrities were born on your birthday?
1. Copy this URL ~> http://www.imdb.com/search/name?birth_monthday=
2. Paste it into your address bar
3. At the end of the URL type your birthday in this format: MM-DD, as in a two digit monther, a dash, then a two digit day.
For example, if your birthday is today the URL should look like this…
http://www.imdb.com/search/name?birth_monthday=06-03
Now, look at the top five celebrities that come up. Pick one or more of them and tell us if you can relate to them at all. You can mention something as simple as you’ve seen some of their movies/tv shows or something amazing where you’ve actually met them.
Do you find it neat that certain celebrities were born on your birthday? Or do you not care? If you don’t like any of the celebrities in the top five of your birthday, who would you like to have seen on it?

Mark Wahlberg is number one on my birthday and I have seen many of his movies and think he is a great actor. The most interesting thing is that his last name is very similar to my last name.
Victoria Beckham aka Posh Spice. I’m nothing like her
Reese Witherspoon and William Shatner.
Lucy Liu and Britney Spears – jackpot!
Nelly Furtado too :(
@Vunessuh – jealous.
Great so far, but I’m looking for more than just names. Please read the entire description.
Zoe Saldana
Kathleen Turner
Paula Abdul
I don’t know if I would be able to relate to these people as I don’t know enough about them to know their personalities etc. Wait! Isn’t Paula Abdul known for being a bit of a fruitloop?

Jean Cocteau
Bill Watterson (yay!)
Dolly the Sheep
Edie Falco
…and the guy who invented graham crackers, thereby causing a million US kindergartners to shriek with delight, Sylvester Graham.
Judy Greer is the most popular celebrity who shares a birthday with me, according to IMDB. I only know her as Kitty Sanchez from Arrested Development. Other celebrities include, John Francis Daley, Julianne Hough, Josh Holloway, Sandra Oh, and Omar Epps.
My personal favourite? Natalie Wood. Why the heck isn’t she number one?
Cuba Gooding Jr, Taye Diggs, Christy Turlington, Isaac Asimov, and, of course, Edgar Martinez.
Sacha Baron Cohen : Love his characters & we’re both funny fuckers!
Kelly Prerston : Err, I wouldn’t kick her out of bed!
Further down the list is Paul Simon : He sang a song with my name in it.
Sigmund Freud
Orson Wells

If one wants to know events / births / deaths from a certain date can use
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Days_of_the_year
And after a date can use the bottom of the page to go to another date to check.
[ warning It can take a while ^^ ]
Greta Gerwig – I never heard of her until today, so I definitely don’t relate to her in any way.
Cole & Dylan Sprouse – These are the kids from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. I only know who they are because my son watches that show sometimes. I don’t really relate to them, but I suppose they help me bond with my son when I watch their shows with him.
Billy Bob Thornton – I don’t really relate to him either, but I do think he is a good actor.
Daniel Dae Kim – Out of the top 5, he is my favorite. He’s done a lot of appearances on different tv shows I watch, my favorite being his appearance on Charmed as Yenlo.
I don’t really care that I happened to be born on the same day as any celebrity. Right now, it is interesting that I share my birthday with the President, just because there is so much talk about his birthday and every year someone in my family points out that I have the same birthday as him.
Al Pacino and Renee Zellweger. Thanks for the link, by looking at the wikipedia page for my birthday, I had thought the only interesting person I shared a birthday with was Oliver Cromwell. XD
Bob Dylan and Queen Victoria.
Robert Heinlein and Kristen Vangsness. The three of us are so similar we’re like peas in a pod.
For some reason IMDB isn’t cooperating with me, so I went to the Famous Birthdays site. I think it’s amusing that Eva Gabor’s bday is on mine because her sister has my name as well. Other than liking music and inventions, I don’t relate to anyone on my list. I saw a separate one that listed Sarah Palin under my bday and I definitely have nothing in common with that woman.
I have Brandy, Matthew Lawrence, Leslie Nielsen, Taylor Lautner, Thomas Edison.
There is another sister, but for privacy reasons I rather not divulge it.
Who knew? Well I did- one, anyway. Christopher Walken of Fatboy Slim video fame was born on my day. (Albeit several decades ealier!) Apparently so were several others: !) Al Gore 2) Ewan McGregor 3) Rea Perlman 4) Dermot Morgan and 5) Barney Frank. I guess I picked a better day than I knew! When I looked on that site, it showed 820 people. Most, of course, I’d never heard of, but several I’m actually happy to know this bit of trivia about!
Well, to my mind, the fact that so many of us have nothing in common with any of our birthday buddies makes a mockery, if a mockery were needed, of astrology.
DIRGO FORLÁN FOR ARGENTINA.
HE´S SO HOT <3
No one I know. That’s good. When I become a celebrity, I have Valentine’s Day all wrapped up:)
OMG Emily Blunt shares my exact birthday! I love her!
I always felt some affinity with her as an actress. Some unknown quality that makes her my favorite of my generation.
Liberace
Janet Jackson
David Boreanaz
Pierce Brosnan
Megan Fox
So I’m a flamboyant gay vampire in sequins, who knows how to dance, and has a sexy face and a nice ass!
Lalaine
We are pretty similiar in terms of our likes and dislikes and being somewhat of a tomboy.
I don’t really care much who I share my birthday with, except our very own @rebbel .
Patricia Heaton
Lesley Ann Machado
Joshua Bowman
Bill Milner
Catherine O’Hara
Paul W.S. Anderson
Margo Harshman
Sam Taylor-Wood
Daniel Roenbeck
Andrea Bowen
Adrian Zmed
James Ellroy
Patrick Roach
Nick Stabile
Steve Bastoni
Shavar Ross
John Aprea
And about 850 more
Michelle Kwan: Not alike.
Shelley Duvall: Not alike.
Ringo Starr: I like The Beatles, so there has to be some musical taste crossover there.
Jim Gaffigan: My sense of humor is pretty quirky, much like his jokes. I tend to stray a little darker and drier though.
Dave Foley – love him, though I don’t know what we would have in common
Diane Cannon- we are both blonde
Julia Ormond- she was in one of my favorite movies of all time, Legends of the Fall. She seems to be a bit reserved. I can relate.
Michael Stipe was listed #45 on this list. This I can’t believe. Any other list I’ve seen he is always the first. He is the most well known of the entire list imo. Michael and I are both short. Speaking of short, so is Dave Foley. I’m wondering if everyone born on Jan. 4 is a shorty. hmmm….
There’s NO way I look like Rupert Grint.
Well maybe a little.
@queenie – Oh, I’m sorry! It’s just that, with me being a huge Beatles fan, Paul McCartney sort of sticks out! :D
JINX!
@amujinx Just want to say, nice choice of birthdays.
@astrix24, I would say I feel your pain. BUT he wasn’t born on my birthday! I can say I do emapathise. For a while there was a website that said Tom Cruise was born in my hometown. If you can believe it I was actually embarrassed about this!
