Is there a breast size that women generally regard as "just right"?

I have known a couple of girls that had surgery to make their boobs smaller. I have also known more than a couple of girls who had surgery to make their boobs bigger.

This indicates to me that there must be some standard, objective or subjective, that represents a breast size that is generally regarded as “just right”.

Sort of like that fairy tale about the three bears-This porridge is too hot, this porridge is too cold, this porridge is just right!

Is there a size that is regarded as “just right”?
