Any old digital cameras out there?

I'm looking for a +/- 3MP digital camera for Kite Aerial Photography, anyone have one laying around they might have just replaced? Secret used camera store you like?

I should have clarified:

I've checked out ebay, keh.com, and craigslist. I can probably find what I need from KEH, I was wondering if anyone had an off-the-beaten-path resource.
