I just like to hang out with friends and discuss various things while drinking various things. Just a good time with food, drinks, and friends. It doesn’t matter where, but I tend to like bars and clubs during the night.
Watching a really entertaining movie.
Talking or doing things with friends.
Having a meal out or a picnic.
Walking through the woods.
Love-making is always best.
Music-making is second best. Inside music, jamming is first, and drum circle is second and classical is third.
Dancing is pretty much equal with music-making.
The writing and cooking and gardening.
Travel.
Culture.
Not necessarily in that order. There’s more, of course, but I suspect you don’t want that much.
I love to go hiking with my friends and my brother (my brother is a real hoot and one of the smartest and most interesting people I know). Taking a drive to the mountains and then getting out, smelling the fresh air and the moist earth and the pine needles is truly exhilarating to me.
I also love to take photographs, just about any place I go. I always have my camera in my bag, because I never know what weird, beautiful or one of a kind thing I will find.
Cooking and trying out new recipes and searching for recipes (vegetarian ones of course) really floats my boat. I love to make stuff for my friends and neighbors and see their faces light up.
And I love to take day trips. Me and my brother try to take a day trip to a town or city or natural park type of area that is within 3 hours driving time one way every few months. We’ve seen marvelous architecture, public art, interesting people and beautiful landscapes and scenery. We’ve eaten our way across hundreds of miles. Checking out new restaurants or revisting old restaurants from our childhood is a marvelous joy to us.
I love going to the movies and out to eat. I also love to pack a semi-fancy picnic to eat in the woods or the desert or the mountains (or if I’m lucky, in the snow).
Anything and everything that has to do with Halloween and Christmas is extremely satisfying for me and my family.
Playing in water (swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, snowball fights) or hiking in the woods. Being active is more fun to me than sitting around, unless I’m lying on a raft in a pool.
Gardening, reading, fluthering, foraging, etc.
Anything that involves me being outside, whilst my kids get worn out!! They are really into goape at the moment.
Blue skies, warm sun, screened in pool with no worry of flying insects.
Hanging out with my husband watching DVR.
Being with my best girlfriends from college.
Long weekend trips with my husband. See a new place, nice hotel, get away.
Riding my Harley long distances.
Reading a really good book that teaches me something.
Reading the latest findings of science.
Spending time with people from whom I can learn something, or just for good conversation.
Spending time with my grown children and my grandchildren.
And last, but definitely NOT least, spending time with my beloved wife, not necessesarily DOING much of anything, but just being together.
Alone:
Reading, writing, painting, playing guitar, inter-netting, restoration projects, woodworking, other assorted creative pursuits.
With others:
Photography, drinking, dancing, hiking, shooting, hookah, road-tripping, swimming, engaging in cuddle orgies.
Boat ride up river to the Sand bar…
long walks on the beach
A lunch in a cafe
Cuddling in a hammock
Sunday drive on the back roads
And of course Jammin with my boyz!! They ROCK!!
AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
@incendiary_dan I was just having this visual of you foraging in and on your girlfriend. Hee Hee. Mmmmmm, here’s some tasty berries : )
Watching movies, reading and playing video games. I don’t really do stuff with people, but two weekends in a row, some friends and I traveled to various locations in Québec for some fun. Should do that more often, but damn man, at least sitting at home watching Candyman doesn’t cost 200 dollars.
When I’m alone: Listening to music on high volume and singing my heart out, taking a walk in the park/woods, masturbating, writing, painting.
With friends : Having dance offs, playing silly games, imitating famous people, laughing for no apparent reason, playing footaball.
@queenie Alone or with people, you sound fun as hell. :D I also like singing on my own and dancing like a freak haha.
Drat! I said Footaball XD
AW, thanks @Symbeline :D
Staying in, eating, watching something fun and having a movie marathon, chatroulette and omegle, being nerds. Or going out dancing…. which we never do because we cannot since we are under age.

Playing a board game with friends such as the Settlers of Catan.
I was in a bad mood when I posted my last answer. I want to try again because I´m finally on vacation after working my a** off to get my last orders finished.
I have fun on Fridays when I´m online with my Science Friday group chat. Fun, funny, fantastic group of people. I had big fun today watching my son bounce on a trampoline ride with bungie cords on him doing back flips. I have fun visiting beautiful cities and taking pictures. I have fun riding my bike to the grocery store in the sunshine. I have fun talking to my wonderful new neighbours and trying not to take life too seriously with their help. I have fun shopping for bargains and finding the perfect gift for friends and loved ones.
@mattbrowne if you like board games (like we do in our family too) have you played The Train Game? It´s our newest game obsession and my 6 year old and autistic 17 year old both play it with us and enjoy it. Good family quality time.
@mattbrowne We got the American version of the Ticket to Ride. We just call it ‘The Train Game’. Super fun.
@cazzie – Yes, sounds like super fun. I bought it as a birthday present for my wife.
