Should the topics section be reworked?

I’ve noticed I get frustrated everytime I want to go back to “topics”...it takes me about 2–3 clicks sometimes..perhaps I’m just lazy..maybe I’m not the only one that thinks this. does anyone feel this way? I just feel that the functionality could be better. I think it could easily be set as a preference and displayed in the top right-column next to your username. Suggestions?

PS- I enjoy the “Siblings” tab..but sometimes I’d like to just click on the topic cloud..its nice not to have to click 2–3 extra times. Perhaps there could be a “Topics” tab above the “Question” Tab…it could easily be incorporated with an accordian/collapsable menu. I’ve sent in my suggestion..just wanted to hear what the rest of you have to say…

I would like to see a link to go right to topics.

Maybe at the top between Home and My account.

That also brings us to another question… is this the way the answers are supposed to work? Is this a discussion field where we should be talking to each other, or is this supposed to be the answer itself… does it matter? Are there guidelines about that?
