How much weight could I lose this summer by eliminating sugar/junk food and soda?
I’m wondering if I eliminate any junk food or Coca Cola, how much weight I’ll lose?

There are a lot of variables involved – metabolism, genetics, what kind of junk food, etc. One thing is for sure – you’ll be healthier.
Oh but keep in mind that is unhealthy to loose too much over a short period of time.
How much coke and junk food do you consume each day? You could very easily cut 1000 – 3000 calories a day from your diet. The trick is to substitute water and not replace the junk food with other high calorie food. My manager lost 30 lbs in 8 weeks by doing nothing but cutting out fast food and soft drinks. Think about doing Weight Watchers and eating balanced meals.
It depends on how much of that stuff you currently eat.
No one can tll you the answers to these weight loss questions. Get yourself on a sensible weight loss program and see for yourself.
Who can say, if you cut out the junk food, soda, and sugar but started chowing down on pasta, dairy, etc. you could replace calories of sugar and such with other calories. The best thing you can do is not focus on what you are eating but burning more calories then you are taking when you eat.
