How to rid me of my man titties?
A while back I was a heavier guy. Like 240 pounds. Im now down to 190. I didn’t just shed the weight over night it took a little while. Im very glad that iv lost the weight but what I hadn’t thought about was the loose skin. Especially my man tits. How do I get them to go away. Iv though about bench pressing but iv read that only builds muscle under the fat and doesn’t really change the look. Is cardio the way to go? Any advice would be nice. The weights gone now I want to look it.

What about that pec machine, where you start with your arms spread out wode and your elbows crook’d up, and you force the weighted pads together using your pec muscles?
Loose skin – give it time to adjust. Bench press will help tighten up the chest area muscle wise.
You might have to consult a plastic surgeon.
I second @marinelife‘s advice. To reduce the excess skin, you will need a doctor. There is nothing else that will remove the skin…your skin was stretched and will not tighten up.
Work on your pecs as much as you can. Or your deltoids. Listen to @WillWorkForChocolate , get a pec machine.
I read someplace recently that breast reduction on men is the fastest growing segment of cosmetic surgery.
Cardio is definitely the way to go. You don’t necessarily need a pec machine. I suggest free weight lifting. Use a 35 or a 45 pound plate and do “Wood-Chops”, “Hammer-Throws”, and “Rows.” You can do various upper body workouts with free weights. Also doing “Butterflies” with dumbells while lying flat on a bench should also compensate your other workouts. Pullups, and also pushups with your hands in the shape of a triangle next to each other directly under your chest. I always encourage a cardio running workout at least every other day. 1½ to 2 miles to start out with. Running really helps over all fitness. I’m an amateur trainer and can offer more advice if you like.

@IsshoNi that sounds better than surgery any day.
