What are your strategies for aging well?

Tonight, I saw a commercial featuring an upbeat Booker T and the MGs soundtrack for Depend’s underwear. Aaaggghhhhh!

I’m gettin’ old.

I don’t think of myself as old on a daily basis. And I don’t like being reminded of it.
