My wife is born profoundly deaf. She is on a list to get a Cochlear Implant as soon as the new AB ones are approved.

I am about 60% deaf and wear hearing aids in both ears.

I was in a 32 minute gunfight back in 1966 and could not hear for two days. My hearing came back, but not normal.

As the years passed, my hearing began to go year by year.

I now have a $6,000 dollar pair of hearing aids and they are great.

Boombox owners and players all will eventually become deaf and we know why.
