How many hours per day do you sleep ?
I ask per day because some might work night shifts and others [ like me ] might enjoy sleeping in the daytime. Or maybe your schedule mixes up a lot.
So how many hours of sleep you get per day ?

I sleep around 8 hours [ more or less ].
If I didn’t have to do some things I’d sleep around 14 ^^
Obviously not enough. It’s midnight here in California and I’m still not asleep.
Since my boyfriend started working 3rd shift, my sleep schedule has slowly become attuned to his. Hence why I’m awake at 3am. I won’t fall asleep until around 6am and I’ll sleep until about 2pm. So…8 hrs I suppose.
I get about five of six hours through the week & I work three shifts.. I usually catch up at the cinema :-/
Usually 2–5 hours.
Like once ever two weeks I’ll just crash, and sleep like 12–14 hours. Hah.

If I get less than about 7, I don’t function on all cylinders. If I get more than about 8, I tend to walk around in a fog most of the day.
Not enough right now, but that’ll change in time. Right now, I am lucky to get about 2–3 hours of continuous sleep at a time. I’d say I sleep about 6–8 hours of sleep a day, but it’s broken up into several naps each day.
3–4 hours a night, and not all that at once. I am up several times in the night to go to the bathroom. If I am lucky I’ll get to sleep maybe an hour and a half before getting up to pee.
4–5 hours then a nap if I can.
6 – 8 during the week and 8 – 11 on the weekends.
5 to 5½, plus a nap in the afternoons.
I can’t seem to get to bed before 10:30, and I have to be up at 4 to get to work. Weekends I love to get a full 8!

Manage on 7, feel like crap on less.
Winter I go to bed earlier, but now that these awesome summer nights are here I am usually up til at least 11:30-midnight.
Last night I went to bed at midnight, woke at 7:30.
My bedroom has 2 big windows, sheer curtains and eastern exposure sooo, the sunrise wakes me around 5:30 now. I put a pillow over my head for extra darkness and try to sleep a little longer. lol
@PluckyDog how do you manage that ? Only 4–5 hours :P Nice Sometimes I could use that time to do other things ^^
When not plagued with insomnia then I can sleep comfortably for about 7hrs. Usually though, I can sleep undisturbed for about 3hr stretches before waking, goofing off and then going down for a few more hours. My reality though is very disturbed sleep. I have a little dog who must go pee outside at least two times during the night before morning comes, he’ll wake us up when he wants water too. We take turns tending to him every few hours. Good thing he’s so cute and loveable.
6–7, with an occasional 8 at weekends. I dislike sleeping too long, it makes me more tired for the rest of the day.
Well during the school year (which just ended for me today) i get about 6 and a half hours, but now I plan on getting at least 8 hours of sleep a day.
6 or 7. I don’t sleep well and I have a “sleep machine.” I am always falling asleep while fluthering. So if some of my answers seem really weird, it’s probably because I’m not awake while typing them.

I get to sleep at probably 12 pm and wake up 10–11 am. I don’t take naps unless I’m sick, which is rare for me.
@Hibernate I don’t know. I’ve always been this way ..well, since childhood anyways. I’m sure when I was a baby I slept more, lol. Sometimes I get no sleep at all for a couple days.

7–8 hours, but weekends if I’m not stress I can sleep up to 10 hours or so…
