Are the lyrics in the song "Over and Underneith" from the Bible?

Tenth Avenue North’s song “Over and Underneith” has got me thinking. I went to a website with the lyrics and the part “My love is over, it’s underneith…..... I’ll never forsake you. My love never ends. It never ends.” is in quote marks and is spoken by God. So are these particular lyrics from the bible? Or did the band just make them up based off of the bible? If so please tell what the verses are!!
