I can't restore my recycle bin in Windows 7!

So guys I have installed the Darkmatter subspace theme and I dragged all my icons from my desktop including my recycle bin to my Rocketdock,but when I wanted to restore my ’‘default windows theme’’ i went on Darkmatter subspace>restore windows and that was it,I installed fences and I dragged all the icons of my programes to various ’‘fences’’ but when I go right click>personalize>change desktop Icons I can’t check the check box next to the recycle bin icon while I can check and uncheck all of the other icons (my computer,control panel etc.)
