How do I save an image I created in Psykopaint?

I used Psykopaint (a Google App) to create an image using an existing photo. It gives the option to save to PC. I did, but Windows Photo Gallery is not able to view the photo because of the format. I did save it as a JPEG, but still not able. I guess my real question involves how to convert the image that I may view it on my PC. Well?

I don’t know anything about Psykopaint specifically, but maybe you can press your print screen button on your keyboard to take a screencap, paste it into paint, crop out the excess, and save it that way.
