If FB and twitter have endless scrolling why don't they have a go to top button?

Like the one Tumblr has. You can easily go to the controls at the top of the dashboard.

Just use the Home button on your keyboard. Or if you have a scroll wheel on your mouse, you should be able to hold down the right button and scroll up once to automatically get to the top of the page.
I know that but it would really be user-friendly and look much better if there was a floating go-to-top button. Tumblr looks so cool! You’d think the computer buffs at FB would have done that ages ago.
@atlantis I agree, but since I am so used to the two methods I mentioned above, I don’t even think about it.

@atlantis :: I use a bookmarklet that takes me to the top of any page. And I do use tumblr on occasion to test shit when people ask for help with it.
It’s annoying. I have Facebook as a toolbar shortcut, so when I’ve gone too far down to scroll up, I just click that link again.
