I just found this site http://www.myacnetreatmentreview.com Its gonna be a fight because of your age and the hormones going bonkers. We all have to deal with that, some just have a easier time with it.
Witch hazel. You can buy it at Walmart, Target or just about any department store. Just use a cotton ball and wipe your face off at night after you wash your face before bed.
Many people use the Cetaphil brand.
But I have had the same problems as you since I was 13 and now I am 17. I recently went to a beauty store and asked a couple of questions to the lady who worked there and she suggested to me the Shiseido matifying moisturizer. It’s oil free and its GREAT! Most times when beauty-derma-logists or what ever… people who work and beauty counters, when they recommend something to me the prize is always so scary and I always think that they are only trying to sell me the product and so I don’t buy them. But this one I was lucky that my mother was travelling and so she got it for me at the airport for much cheeper. Anyway my point is try this cream out. Use it mornings and nights after you wash your face. I love the fact that its oil free and it absorbs in your skin so quickly and it makes your skin really smooth and soft.
I first started with a sample and when I saw difference I had to buy the larger size.
wash it, and drink lots of water
Washing it is only a third of proper face cleansing! Cleanse (best if it’s warm water to open your pores), then apply an astringent/toner, then moisturize. The most important is the third; your face often gets dried from cleanser, so your body produces it’s own oil to moisturize that clogs your pores. Let a real moisturizer do it for you!
Eat a proper diet. Lots of Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins D and E.
Your skin is a product of how you take care of yourself. You are what you eat, sleep and drink. Your skin is a reflection of your diet and lifestyle.
