How to get rid of fluid from behind ear drums?

I’m deaf and I wear hearing aids, and recently I have not been able to hear like ANYTHING. I went to the audiologist, and the hearing aids are not the problem, its my ears.
I have fluid behind my ear drums and the only ways to get it out is through surgery (which is dangerous and could make me go completely deaf) or just wait for it to dry. Meanwhile, I got a spray to help it, but it doesn’t seem to do much. Does anyone have some tips to speed up the recovery process? Because I need to work, and I need to recover pretty fast.
