@FutureMemory Not much can be done but stop it afterwards. It happens. They get in sometimes but the are gone very quickly. I’ve gotten a couple of those, maybe just one, no more than two and really, there’s no way to stop them completely. Just report it and fluther gets rid of them before you know it. This one of the most spam free environments I have ever been in but no site can stop it completely.

And @Bellatrix, I understand, Lussy and also the last round of spammers didn’t love me either, nothing in my profile touched her or them on some deeper level. I’m starting to get a complex and my self-esteem is beginning to suffer.

There are a lot of those particular spam .. Even if it gets banned another one replaces him.

But it’s good to see they get kicked out.

Damn – she said she loved me – and just needed a little info about my bank account. I agreed – it’s not asking for much. We’re on chat now – I have great expectations this time – it feels so real. It must be love.

I know a friend of hers, the widow of a Nigerian king, a woman who was somehow guided to me, one of 6 billion people on the planet, yet she found me and chose me to help her in her dire circumstances. Well, of course, not all of those 6 billion people have email accounts so it wasn’t exactly random, but she did find me and did ask me to help her with her financial problems and I am more than happy to because she isn’t selfish or greedy at all. She is going to be very generous to me for the help I provide here.
