How do you treat bleached hair? It's not soft anymore!

I bought almost $60 worth of suggested bleached hair products to hydrate and condition it, but I am not sure if it’s working. My hair does feel softer but not as soft as I’d like it to be. Many people say avoid heat like the plague, but I have to blow dry my hair because I gel it up when I go to work. I hear it’s bad to wash it everyday, but again, I have to.

Any beauty gurus out here? Help me out! I’m missing my natural silky smooth locks. I fear I may be losing hair as well.
