What is the best fruit to eat as a snack? Or in general?
I’m always wanting to eat a snack. Mostly…65% of the time, I would crave fruit. I just would like to know, what fruit is the best?

I’m a fan of cut up strawberries. I dust a bit of sugar on them when I want something extra sweet.
Runner up: Watermelon and red grapes.
I’m a huge lover of blueberries. There’s something about them that just makes them so much better to me than all the other berries. But, all berries (and small spherical fruit) are great for snacking. Worst snacking fruit ever: Mangoes. I love them, but they’re a pain in the butt.
I like apples because they are the easiest to carry without smashing them. Oranges, too, but eating them is more messy.
Oranges! They’re so good for on the go, and you can split it with a a friend so easily. Also, if you live in California like I do, it’s easy to get local grown ones for not a lot of money.
Look to your username, @blueberry_kid ! A number of friends of mine with various medical issues have been told that blueberries are about the best you can get.
I love to eat apples or oranges as a snack. But if you’re looking for something more to nibble on (as in pieces), then I would say strawberries, watermelon or cantaloupe.
Apples. No dripping, easy to dispose of by tossing out the car into a ditch. The birds and racoons will eat it. Not really litter.
Bananas. Built in wrapper, no sticky or discolored fingers.
Well, that’s up to you, and what you like. For quick fruit related snacks, I like raspberries or blueberries. I don’t need to get sticky juice all over my fingers, spit out seeds or peel shit when I want something quick to eat, so those two I named are pretty good for snacks.
Not a big fan of fruit though, so I’m slightly biased.
My favorites are blackberries and blueberries, because they’re convenient to eat and are loaded with antioxidants.
I also like halle berries. ;-)
Watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew are all my favorites.
Pineapple is the best, though.
I just ate the best nectarine ever yesterday!
I don’t know about you, but I’m salivating here!
I love bananas. Easy to eat, easy to carry with you, lovely to eat. Blueberries are very good for you as @Aethelflaed suggested too.
Pomegranates. I like the taste of their juice, and they’re full of anti-oxidants.
@MRSHINYSHOES I don’t know how to eat a pomegranate! They’re so hard to cut, and Im not exactly sure what to eat! You’ll have to help me with that.
@blueberry_kid I use a knife and I cut the hard rind of a pomegranate, enough so that I can start peeling it. I break sections off the fruit and take off the yellow membrane around the deep red seeds. Then I eat the seeds, kernal and all. Pomegranates keep well.
