Can you help me figure out what this wooden structure along i70 in front of a jail in Greenville, Illinois is?

It’s probably some kind of military or police training obstacle course. There are tons of them in my neck of the woods. The SWAT team uses them. So do the boy scouts, at times. I had to climb one of those alpine tower things as part of orientation at my college freshman year.

I had a look on Google street view. I can see the prison with an odd wooden structure in front of it. It looks a bit like a giant coffin on stilts. There is also a wooden sign by the side of the road on which the lettering is unclear but probably indicates the prison. Google’s pictures may be out of date.

I think it’s a fire fighter training facility. I’ve passed by it many times.
