How to understand color correction scopes?

Vectroscope
YCbCr Parade
YC Waveform
RGB Parade

I need to know what a good one looks like for each scope and how to adjust them as well as what each one is measuring. The most confusing one is the Vectroscope.
Any tutorials, images, or articles I could look at to understand them?

There’s a Wikipedia article on vectorscopes, an analog technology from long ago. Do they still use them in video production?
