Why does my head hurt so much? (Details inside)

Asked by MilkyWay (13911points) July 6th, 2011

Okay, I admit I drank when I went into town yesterday. And yes, I drank more than I usually do. But I didn’t feel drunk, at least, I don’t think I did. Just felt quite happy and loose. So why does my head hurt so much this morning? Have I got a hangover or something?

I think @johnny has it right; I never had a hangover till after I turned 30. And it certainly wasn’t for lack of opportunity.:-/ I find taking a combination of aspirin and acetaminophen more helpful than either by itself. Caffeine helps too.
