Spurious question for a likely to be biased site? Is this a pep rally kind of question or…
truthfully i didn’t know jellyfish could have sex, maybe this should be my next question.

I was from AB and it used to be the best site I’ve ever been, but then something bad happened and it lost its fame and qualities. I do visit that site again, and seems like it’s getting a bit better even though it won’t be as good as it used to be.
I actually heard the same exact thing from AB members. Was AB bought over by some other company or something?
It seems like that (just look at those countless advertisements there!) but I am not really sure about this. I, however, despise the new rating system there. People used to be very generous about giving scores with the old rating system. I love the titles and still compete for them.

That would be Yahoo answers. No disrespect to Fluther, But yahoo answers is best.
I am not part of any other Q&A site, nor have I ever been (until Fluther of course).
However, I’ve been to several of the Q&A websites whilst searching for answers and information. The worst one, by far, has been Yahoo Answers. I sware people just throw answers around there – with little regard for truth or intellect. I am amazed at how many “best answers” are completely wrong, unintelligent, showy and ignorant. And, so many of the so-called contributors type like texting teenagers. The company should be embarassed. I have learnt to check the website title before clicking on links – that’s how much I detest Yahoo Answers. Here’s a glowing example of how a best answer is not really the best answer (I did a random search – this came up first). The actual correct answers (all two of them) didn’t even get any votes. Makes me feel like I’ve regressed back to grade school.
Of course, not all Yahoo Answers are horrid…I just find more bad than good.
As for the best? I don’t know. I enjoy Fluther enough to have signed up and stuck around though. I like how simple it is. I like how it’s moderated. I like how intellect, kindness and open-mindedness are preferred. It just fits.
Definitely “Flurther”. It’s like Fluther, but the answers are a little more in-depth.
Yahoo is crap. I’ve been there. You have to wade through a ton of crap to get anything that’s worth reading.
Fluther is by far the best one. The answers are a little more mature than Yahoo Answers. That’s why I came here because I was so fed up with the trolls and the spam.
My surf habits are like my shopping habits. Once I find what I’m looking for, I tend to stop looking.
I left Answerbag to be here…I’ve been here ever since.
So, Fluther is the “best” as far as I’m concerned.
But…and for the sake of me I don’t know why… I can’t help but be reminded of the old Groucho Marx quote:
”I wouldn’t want to belong to any club that would have me as a member.”
The obvious answer is Fluther.
Every other Q & A website that I’m aware of is made of FAIL and AIDS.

Definitely not answerbag.com or yahooanswers.com – I find it totally annoying that their results show up high in Google result lists and then at least 90% is useless garbage.

Well, I’d say the inexperienced drug user chose the wrong drug to begin with. Acid would not be a good first drug to take!
