Can someone help me find where I can find this song for purchase?

I was feeling sappy today and found this beautiful song. The song is actually sung in spanish but the title is french and spanish for some reason. I found it in you tube but I don’t know how to track down the song or the actual artist.

There is a website called Listen to Youtube, where you can insert the youtube link and then download the music from the video.
