Name of this movie?

I just recently saw this.

All I remember is this guy finding his wife and son (I assume) dead on the pier. Then this band of bad guys in a truck come straight for him and the dad starts shooting at them.

They shoot him in the legs, beat him up and then drag him to then end of the pier before shooting him in the chest. Then the bad guys pour gas and oil over the pier and blow it up.

That’s all I know. I think the movie was on either Spike or A and E channel.
