I’m looking for a nice swimsuit.
Height: 5’4”
Weight: 117lbs
Bust: 35A
Waist: 26
Hips: 37
Budget doesn’t matter. I have no brand in mind. I mainly wear them at the pool for tanning or the beach.

I’m not sure how anyone can offer better advice than what you would find in a fitting room. Some things just need to be tried on.
If you live in the south and have swimsuit stores, those always have the best selections in my opinion. Otherwise go to a good department store, forget less expensive stores like Target and Walmart. At your height and weight I have a hard time believing you are a 35 back? Or, is that the actual measure around you bust? Not your bra size, right? I only ask, because if you are really an A, you might have better luck in Jr’s for fit.or, of course swimmers suits like Speedo, but I don’t think you are looking for a Speedo.
You want to a store that specializes in swimsuits and try on everything you like and even those you don’t care for because they may look great on you but just not on the hanger. I go to California Sunshine at the outlets and its a great place to try on and get a suit. They will run and get you any size if you need a different one.
I would wear a string bikini with a triangle top and a Brazillian style bottom in a solid color.
A monokini with crossover shirring/ruching across the bust and body. The folds of the fabric will soften your flat bust and the crossover fabric will give the illusion of softer hourglass shape. Go with one that has high cut legs or better yet, ties or rings on the sides.
You need to give us a few more details. All of the answers above, except for @johnpowell‘s are going off of the assumption that you are female, based upon the measurements and avatar picture, but your profile description says that you are a “17 years old different boy”.
In one question, you asked about gender-neutral clothing. Does this apply to your search for a swimsuit? If so, I’m not aware of any swimsuits that aren’t targeted for both males and females. You need to let us know in which direction you want to go: male, female, or more gender neutral.
Female or gender-neutral. I tried a monokini, but still not sure.
I used to wear a monokini on South Beach. Now my boobs could wind up all over the interent. I like to think on the beaches people wouldn’t do such a thing.
