What is the best company Slogan or Jingle you have ever heard?
Marketing slogans or jingles can really get stuck in your head. I still remember a jingle an auto dealer had from when I was a kid. You would have to be from the Bay Area of California to have heard it but all these years later there it is in my conscious available for immediate recall. Also, since my youngest is two years old, I get Sesame Street songs stuck in my head and start humming them around my 13 year old and he gets them stuck in his head…....not so cool for a 13 year old boy to be around his friends singing ‘Elmo’s song’.

I have too many I love, so here are a few:
1. [Used Car Dealer]- “This is Callllll Worthington and his dogggg Spot….if you wanna blah blah blah, go see Cal…”
2. [Car Ins]- “Dashers, Dashers, Dashers”
3. [Plumber (with a difficult name to remember)]- “Need a plumber? Call Stephen, Jaaaack Stephen.” [potential customer]- “Call who, Jack Stevonovich?”
“No, Stephen, Jaaaaccckkkkkkk Stephen…”
“Who, Stephonski?”
“No, Stephen, Jaaaaccckkkkkkk Stephen…”
“Who, Stepharino?
“No, Stephen, Jaaaaccckkkkkkk Stephen…”
– and so forth…
4. [lawer] “Larry Parker got me 2.1 million!”
Thenk later one after years of this annoying commercial, it was just “you know the story.”
5. A new recent one is Head On, “Apply directly to the forhead!”
“Washing machines live longer with Calgon”
I really don’t know why, but that always sticks in my head.
“Meow meow meow meow, meow meow something meow.” I always forget that 7th word but I can’t forget that song.
Also, the Coke a Cola “I’d Like to Teach The World To Sing” ad. I have such warm memories of that coming on while watching the Charlie Brown Special at Christmas
“1800 SAFE AUTO
Pick up the phone, the call is free
1800 SAFE AUTO

Is it Burger King? The disembodied mouth yammers away about
2 burgers for $1 or whatever? and then suddenly the teeth pop out of the mouth and they’re on two sides of the screen? Teeth say to lips, “What’re ya DOin’?” Lips, all
flubbery, can’t talk right. They say to the teeth, “Wha’ YOU doin’?”. I know it’s not a jingle.
But it cracks me up.
@ susanc: I’ts dairy queen not burger king.
Well I wasn’t going to BUY or EAT the damn burgers anyway. But thank you! Now I have respect for Dairy Queen’s ad department.

the old skool band-aid!!!!
I’m stuck on band-aid cause band-aids stuck on me!!!!!!
giggles: Band-Aid still uses that slogan.
peedub: The head on commercial drives me nuts. I have to mute it.
I like the Geico one where there is just music and the caveman moving along the people-mover (I don’t know the correct term for those conveyor belt things..) and then he passes the ad that says “So easy a caveman could do it.” and he has to walk back to look at it again and shakes his head. The song thats playing is so distinct, so I guess it could count as a jingle…
I always liked “Make 7 Up Yours!”
It was a real campaign. I use to have a t-shirt. The front said “Make 7”. The back said ” Up Yours”. It was short lived but 7Up did it.

That’s awesome, I wish I had it.
