Slam some water before you sleep, or just drink water between drinks.

You really can’t do much after the fact other than puke, take a couple of Tylenol, down a big glass of water, grit your teeth, and go about your business.

However, before going to bed, drinking a big glass of water will help as much of the bad feeling comes as a result of dehydration.

I heard on the radio today that eating toast with Honey really helps.

Enter the Bloody Mary. Important ingredients: Tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, clam juice for protein, a bit of vodka as a bit of hair o’ the dog, and something pickled as a garnish (vastly improves the yumminess). Plus any flavoring you want to add, like hot sauce, salt, pepper, celery salt, spices, olive juice, horseradish, etc. The alcohol numbs the pain a bit, and the rest is just getting your body the nutrients it needs to fight the good fight.

See @Blackberry
Drink lots of water.
Drink as much water as you drank as an alcoholic drink in between drinks.
Take alka seltzer plus ibupfofin before you sleep.
Quit about 3 hours before you go to bed.
Or better yet, don’t drink so much.
I’ve been there. The best cure is back off.

How about aspirin, I hear that works, or is it stupid to take aspirin if you have a belly full of whiskey? medicine and alcohol sound like a bad combo, but many people say it works.

Aspirin is good too.

@poisonedantidote Aspirin, ibprofen, or naproxen – whichever works best for you.

Eat greasy food. The oil absorbs the alcohol!

A B-Complex vitamin tablet & vitamin C or a 5-hour energy shot helps quite a bit. Slam a couple of lemon-flavored alka-seltzer (has aspirin in it that hits your aching head fast) in water if you can stomach the stuff first. Stay away from coffee because that just dehydrates you more and makes you feel worse. A plate of hash browns and a large coke is a great breakfast choice. Drink lots of water and juice for the rest of the day.
