Can someone give me advice about working in a web agency?

I have a scientific studies background, and now I’ve taken a master’s degree in Marketing & Communication. I’d like to work in an agency of webmarketing and buzzing..some advices?
I’m gonna take a degree of Google Adwords in a few days..
something else useful?
