I like spirals. I think because they are easy to eat with a fork but still have a good consistency. And spirals are just fun in general.

Fusilli. Holds onto a chunky Bolognese well.
Penne, its easy to eat with a fork, seems to hold a lot of sauce, and i like its texture a lot.
just pasta. no sauce. you still take mac?
I love all pasta. I don’t have a favorite because its all amazing. I’m big into wheat and whole grain pastas now though. I was scared at first but they taste so amazing!
I’m a spaghetti fan myself….....just love the twirling!
@wildflower then you would love this
hahaha…..a motorized rotating spork! Brilliant!
But there is something therapeutic about the manual process :)
yes for some but i have yet to perfect my fork twirling technique
Practice makes perfect. I’m a pro at this point but I love pasta and sauces and all that jazz. =)
That’s where the spoon comes in! It’s really a double-cutlery job.
Mini bow ties, and you can’t seem to find these anymore. My last batch I had to have a friend in Canada mail me some. They are so great for soups, and also in pasta salads.
I find the tube ones are easier to cook, and don’t get as much yeast on them
When I was in Italy two years ago there was a small shop that had bags of pasta shaped like small penises. One of the funniest things i’ve ever seen.
I used to always get penne, but now I am more into fusilli – I’m pretty much only eating wheat pasta these days, and my new fav is Trader Joe’s Multigrain Fusilli with Flax. It’s quite good.
radiatori because they hold lots of sauce and they look great.
