My dryer is shaking violently and making loud motor noises. How to fix?

It’s a Roper by Whirlpool dryer. I do not have the manual for it as the dryer came with the condo.
Is there a way I can fix this myself or is it something a professional has to do?
The dryer works like normal, turning and heating but along with that, it makes loud motor like noises and shakes violently.
Is there ANYTHING I can do first to fix this before calling a repairman?
